Who are we?

ExpressApps is a 100% Australian owned and managed network specialist company. We specialise in the provision of expert IT engineering services and managing the delivery of applications (data and voice) via Hosting and Integration services. Formerly known as Dunson, we have been IT infrastructure providers/managers for Small and Medium Sized Businesses for more than a decade and have been Microsoft Certified Partners since 1994 and a Citrix Gold partner since 1997. We have been recognised by IDC as one of the top 5 Application Service Providers in the country and are one of just a handful of Microsoft Certified ASP Partners in Australia. We believe that you get the best results and the best value though using focused specialists, and our focused specialisation is the management and implementation of best practice IT infrastructure in a Microsoft/Application Server environment.

Why are we good at what we do?

Because of our wealth of experience we are regarded by Microsoft and Citrix as a Guru of best practice IT infrastructure in the Microsoft / Application Server Computing Environment. We have been in business since 1990 engaging in Single Small Business Server implementations through to Enterprise level of 20 or more server farms. We have a wealth of experience in Citrix, having completed our first Citrix installation in 1997 and our first National installation and roll out in 1999. We have designed over 100 Citrix environments and are a leading ASP with users across Australia from Melbourne to Perth and in places as far afield as Katherine and Tenant Creek. Our ASP and Hosting experience means we have direct experience in implementing and managing best practice IT infrastructure... experience that benefits you.

How do we work?

As our reputation and experience have grown a large percentage of our work has been at the request of other system integrators. There is a growing recognition that using SPECIALIST skills is the way to confirm success of a project. To enhance this, we are a founding member of the Thin Alliance, a Citrix Integrator Alliance across Australia and New Zealand enabling us to provide Thin Client and other complementary skills on a national and trans-Tasman basis.

Today, whilst we do provide services direct clients, the majority of our business is via a 3rd party or engagement with an end user as introduced by a 3rd party with a direct interest in the customer or project.  We guarantee always to respect our partner's client relationships.
