Engineering Services Terms
We offer flexibility in purchasing to
deliver quality engineering services. We have different levels to meet most
needs ranging from using our services on an Ad-Hoc basis through to a Service
Contract incorporating Planned Maintenance.
Ad-Hoc purchase is designed for short term specialist
assignments where you do not anticipate on-going service requirements or just
wish to test our services.
Block Hours are invoiced in advance of work and offer
significant price discounts depending on the size of the Block purchased.
Service Contracts offer further price discounts and are
based on automatic renewal of Block Hours based on use during the life of the
contract.

Support
We offer support at our standard rates during Business
Hours defined as:
8:30AM to 5:30PM, AEST or AEDST, Monday to Friday
(excluding Victorian Public Holidays)
3 Extended Hours
Support
Extended Hours Phone support is available as an optional
service to Partners and Customers with Service Contracts. This support has a
minimum of 1 hour charged for calls. Extended Hours are defined as:
7:00AM to 9:00PM, AEST or AEDST, Monday to Friday
(excluding National Public Holidays),
8:30AM to 5:30PM Saturdays

Consulting Hours (Available only with Service Contract)
For those customers with service contracts with us we offer
an additional value add service for your business. For each 100 hours you
purchase we will provide you with 4 hours of FREE consulting, available to be
used in half-day blocks, by mutual agreement, for such tasks as:
